Is QuietWire a developer/source package?

No. QuietWire is positioned as a customer package with usable clients and server files. It is not currently marketed as a developer/rebranding pack.

Does it include Android?

Yes. The package includes the Android client APK alongside the Windows client.

What server files are included?

The package includes a complete easy-to-setup Windows HTTP server package, plus Apache/PHP public_html server files. Buyers can use the Windows server option on a PC or choose the PHP hosting option for a domain/subdomain deployment.

Can I send photos and files?

Yes. QuietWire normally supports images and file sharing. The only exception is Android during an active live call: attachment browsing is temporarily blocked so Android does not interrupt the WebRTC call with the system file/photo picker. Text and emoji still work during calls.
