Does it launch Windows apps too?
Yes. QuickStart Local can launch normal websites as well as app paths, folders, files, Steam links, and other supported URL protocols.
Can I import from start.me?
Yes. QuickStart Local includes import support for start.me/Netscape-style bookmark HTML exports and feed exports.
